TCC Project Management System Portal keeps one company's work in one place, across the web, Windows and Android.

1. Create a company. The portal makes its folder on the server straight away — plus an _output folder for finished work. The Windows app mirrors the same tree on your machine if you pick a local folder.
2. Create projects inside it. Each one gets its own subfolder with resources for working files and output for deliverables.
3. Work from any device. Files uploaded on the phone appear in the web app and the Windows app within seconds; the same is true in reverse. The server holds the master copy.
4. Finished work goes to output. Set the destination to Output when uploading and it is filed in the project's output folder automatically.
5. Updates arrive by themselves. Every app checks this server on launch. When a new build is published you are offered it here in Info — press Update and the app installs it itself.

Your data is yours alone. Every record is tied to the email you registered with; no other account can read, change or download any of it.

Google Drive. The server holds the master copy. Paste a share link against a company to open its Drive folder from any device. No API key and no sign-in: the Windows app writes into the Drive folder on your machine and Google’s own client uploads it.

If you see “Could not reach server”

That message means this app could not talk to tradexconsoles.online. Your work is not lost — it stays on the device and is sent as soon as the connection returns. Work through these in order:

1. Check the connection indicator above. Live means changes sync the instant they happen. Checking means the live channel dropped and the app is polling instead — still syncing, just less immediately.
2. Confirm the device is online. Open any website. On a phone, a captive Wi-Fi login page will block the app while appearing to be connected.
3. Sign out and back in. A session older than its token is refused, and that surfaces as a connection error rather than a sign-in prompt.
4. Check the server itself by opening tradexconsoles.online/health in a browser. A reply of {"status":"ok"} means the server is running. If the app then says the server refused this app’s connection, nothing on your device will fix it — it is a server setting, so report the message.
5. Reinstall from Info if only one device is affected. Press Update above; the current build re-installs itself and replaces anything damaged.

Nothing here needs a password reset, and no data is lost by reinstalling — every record lives on the server under your email.
